The key word here is customized. MakeaBasket.9f.com is a site where you can customize your own gift basket to your liking. Unlike other sites that have already made gift baskets, we let you choose what you want or don't want included. Why should you pay for merchandise that you don't want in your basket?

2. How can I order a Gift Basket?

To order a gift basket please email us at MakeaBasketReps@aim.com with the theme basket you want and what pieces of merchandise you would like included. We will get back with you with a total amount and, more information

3. What are my payment options?

Money orders are strongly suggested. We now accept PAYPAL!

4. How about if I don't want an item on the page in my custom gift basket?

No problem, If you don't want everything on the page in your custom gift basket, tell us! You order, what you want in it! Instead of 1 picture frame, maybe you want 2. Just tell us, we are here and want you to take control of your basket.

5.How fast is shipping and what company does MakeaBasket.9f.com use?

Shipping depends on how many orders we have to fill. A estimated date of arrival will be sent to during our discussion of your Custom Gift Basket. Need a Basket quickly, no problem, shipping will be a little more money but your basket will get there quicker! We use USPS!

6. What if MakeaBasket.9f.com doesn't have a piece of merchandise I want in my basket?

Yes, it happens sometimes our stock runs out! If we do not have a piece of merchandise you want, we will tell you how long until we get it or make another suggestion that will look great! We are all about satisfaction! Remember its your gift basket, don't let anyone tell you how to make it!

7. Do you run any special promotions?

Yes at times we will run special promotions, You never know, so be a frequent customer and always check back!

8. What if I am not 100% satisfied with my custom gift basket?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, email us. Tell us what is not to your liking and we will try our hardest to solve the problem. Remember throughout the process of your custom gift basket being made, you can email us if you decide on changing anything in particular.

9. I want a custom gift basket done, but you do not have the category I need?

Don't see the category of a gift basket that you need done. Once again, no problem! We are always taking new ideas on how to improve our site and what other selections we can make available to you. Give us a category we like and we'll give you a % off your first Custom Gift Basket!
